About these terms
These terms of sale apply when you order food or drink from Smokey Woods through this website. Your order is a contract between you and Smokey Woods, not DineHarbor. DineHarbor provides the ordering technology only and is not the seller.
Placing an order
Prices shown at checkout include any VAT or sales tax that applies, and are the prices in force when you place your order. We may accept or decline any order, for example if an item has sold out or we cannot fulfil it - if we decline it after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
Order ahead
Where offered, you can schedule an order for a later time or day. We prepare it for the time you choose; if we cannot make that time, we will contact you.
Delivery and collection
We offer delivery, collection, dine-in as shown at checkout. Delivery times and fees shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
Cancellations and refunds
- We may reject or cancel an order, including after acceptance, for example if we are unexpectedly unable to prepare it.
- Online payments are refunded to your original payment method through our payment provider.
- Cash orders are refunded or adjusted directly by us.
- Because food and drink is made fresh to order, the right to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply once we have started preparing your order. Your other statutory rights - for example if an item is faulty, missing or not as described - are not affected.
Allergens
If you have a food allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement, please ask us before you order - call us on 020 8953 5565. We are happy to tell you what is in a dish, but menu descriptions and dietary badges are not a substitute for asking.
Vouchers, deals and loyalty
Deals and bundle offers apply as shown on the menu at the time of ordering. Loyalty points and wallet balance, where we offer them, have no cash value and are not transferable to another account.
